No Return & No Replacement Policy
We do not accept returns or replacements on any products sold. All sales are final. We do not provide product replacements under any circumstances once the item is delivered or picked up. Please ensure you verify the product specifications, condition, brand, and warranty terms before confirming your purchase.
Refunds are only processed in exceptional cases where a refund has been formally approved by the company. We do not initiate refunds automatically or on request without proper review and authorization by the management.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved by the company, it will be credited back to the original source account (bank account / UPI / payment instrument used at the time of transaction) within 7 working days from the date of approval.
Anshuman Enterprises primarily operates as a wholesale electrical and hardware store. We do not offer online shipping or home delivery by default. Customers are encouraged to visit our store in person to inspect products and confirm pricing before purchase.
